We are a 100 year old, all male, independent fraternity that owns our own 18 bedroom house right next to the UTMB Galveston campus. We focus on helping our members crush their exams and step 1+2, while keeping the mood relaxed and hosting awesome events. Community service and house meetings provide ample opportunity for both social and professional networking.

Just a 5 minute walk from campus and $450/month, our house is the most convenient and affordable place on the island. Rent includes your own room, bathroom, utilities, cable, internet, and lunch 5 days a week.
