Sunshine Kids
In the summer of 2023, we made a pretend fishing game for Sunshine Kids, a group which offers retreats to families of kids with life-threatening illnesses at places such as Schlitterbahn Galveston. We have been invited back for the 2024 event!
Step Up for Education
Our relationship with the Galveston school system continues to grow with events like Step Up for Education, where we taught kiddos how to use basic medical tools, including stethoscopes, reflex hammers, and even a butterfly ultrasound machine.
Seeding Galveston
Our green thumbs shined this year as we worked with Seeding Galveston to till, plant, and harvest a multitude of crops.
Galveston Park Board
For the second year in a row, we worked with the Galveston Park Board to initiate a massive cleanup of Seawolf park, picking up over 100lbs of trash in a single morning!
